Both the optimal price and plan depend on the website traffic and the number of emails you send in 30 days. Convead has no hidden costs, and all the features are included.

Which plan should I choose?

We count the overall website traffic since every action and visit on the website is essential for sales.

Do you count overall traffic or unique visitors?

Get in touch with our team. We will help you select the best option or create a custom plan for you.

What if no existing plan suits my needs?

You can’t select only one or two tools to pay for. Convead’s tools are designed to work together to achieve maximum efficiency.

Can I only enable certain features?

The number of emails in a plan should be enough for trigger campaigns considering your traffic. If you plan on sending mass and scheduled campaigns, you can always purchase more.

How do I know if the number of emails available in a plan is enough for me?

Don’t worry, you’ll be still able to use your account. The overage will be automatically counted (and rounded up to a hundred), and the payment will be extracted during the next billing.

What happens if I exceed the number of visits/emails available in a plan?

Business plan provides all of the Convead’s features, a designated support channel and account manager, assistance with setting up the service, etc. It also removes Convead’s logo in widgets and emails.

What’s Business plan?

A discount is applied when you pay for a several-month subscription in advance: 5% for three months, 10% for six months, and 15% for a year. To get the discount, please contact our customer support team.

Do I get a discount?

Can I import a pre-made contact database into Convead?

Sure thing! You can upload your mailing lists from any .CSV file, and the contacts will be moved to your Convead database.
