Setting up an online chat in Convead

To enable or disable an online consultant, and to customize its appearance and features, go to “Settings” > “Modules” > “Live chat”.
Go to this section and you will see that here you can:

  • enable or disable chat
  • set the sounds that managers and visitors will hear when an incoming message is received
  • set the location and color of the chat icon
  • upload a photo of the offline assistant – a picture that will be displayed when all your managers are offline
  • write titles and messages for online and offline mode
Don’t forget to click on the “Save” button at the bottom of the page!
