Setting up an online chat in Convead

Live chat
To enable or disable an online consultant, and to customize its appearance and features, go to “Settings” > “Modules” > “Live chat”.
Go to this section and you will see that here you can:
enable or disable chat
set the sounds that managers and visitors will hear when an incoming message is received
set the location and color of the chat icon
upload a photo of the offline assistant – a picture that will be displayed when all your managers are offline
write titles and messages for online and offline mode
Don’t forget to click on the “Save” button at the bottom of the page!
